Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box you want to redirect messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
